We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join an exciting new Mediterranean restaurant & beach club concept opening in Ras Al Khaimah.
We are looking for someone with a strong hospitality background, great leadership skills, and a passion for creating an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience
- Handle guest feedback and ensure any issues are resolved professionally
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other departments
- Support recruitment, training, and development of the team
- Monitor costs, staffing levels, and overall operational performance
- Ensure company standards, policies, and health & safety procedures are followed
- Support the pre-opening and successful launch of the venue
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong background in high-end, lifestyle, or standalone restaurants
- Experience in Mediterranean concepts and/or beach clubs is a plus
- Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Hands-on, energetic, and guest-focused approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- UAE or Middle East experience is preferred
