We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join one of our venues in Dubai, UAE.

We are looking for someone with a strong hospitality background, good leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to daily operations and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
• Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues professionally
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other departments
• Support the recruitment, training, and development of the team
• Assist with staffing levels, costs, and overall operational performance
• Ensure company standards, policies, and health & safety procedures are followed
• Support the Senior management with daily operational requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar supervisory/management role
• Strong background in high-end, lifestyle, or standalone restaurants
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Hands-on, energetic, and guest-focused approach
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• UAE or Middle East experience is preferred
