We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join TAPASAKE, our iconic Japanese-Mediterranean dining destination located at One Za'abeel, Dubai. TAPASAKE offers an elevated lifestyle experience where exceptional cuisine, innovative mixology, vibrant entertainment, and impeccable service come together against one of Dubai's most spectacular skyline views. We are looking for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in a high-energy luxury environment and is committed to delivering unforgettable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards.
  • Drive guest satisfaction by delivering memorable dining experiences and effectively resolving guest concerns.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the FOH team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, grooming, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and labour productivity to support business performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of the restaurant team.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5-8 years of Food & Beverage experience, with at least 2-3 years in a Restaurant Manager role within upscale lifestyle or nightlife dining concept.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing restaurant teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest experience.
  • Experience managing high-volume operations while maintaining exceptional service quality.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially aware with experience driving operational performance and team productivity.
  • Experience working with internationally recognized hospitality brands is highly desirable.
