We are looking for an experienced and passionate restaurant manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant while ensuring excellent service and a memorable guest experience.

Job Description

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team

• Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality

• Handle guest feedback, requests, and operational concerns professionally

• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline

• Coordinate with the Kitchen, HR, Finance, and Management teams

• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and service standards

• Monitor restaurant sales, costs, inventory, and operational performance

• Conduct staff training and support continuous improvement

• Ensure the restaurant maintains a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in the hospitality industry

• Strong leadership and team-management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards

• Experience in fine dining or premium restaurants is preferred

• Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment

• Strong guest-handling and problem-solving skills
