Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented
Restaurant Reservations Agent to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant reservations, guest inquiries, and dining coordination, ensuring a seamless and personalized dining experience in line with luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle restaurant reservations accurately via phone, email, and reservation systems
- Coordinate dining arrangements across all hotel restaurants and outlets
- Provide detailed information on menus, promotions, operating hours, and special events
- Manage guest preferences, special requests, and VIP arrangements
- Liaise closely with restaurant managers and host teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain up-to-date reservation records and seating plans
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
- Ensure all interactions reflect the hotel's luxury service standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury hotel environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in restaurant reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable or similar) is an advantage
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude
