We're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who is passionate about people, quality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences to join our Food & Beverage team. If you thrive in fast-paced, luxury hospitality settings and love leading from the floor, this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll be a key leader within our front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily operations, impeccable service standards, and a warm, refined atmosphere across our venues. You'll support the F&B Manager, coach and motivate the team, and play an active role in shaping memorable dining experiences for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations and support the front-of-house team on the floor
• Deliver exceptional service and handle guest feedback with professionalism
• Support menu updates, promotions, and special events
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service
• Coach, train, and motivate team members through daily guidance
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards

What Skills & Qualifications Are Required:

• 23 years experience in luxury restaurants, resorts, or private clubs
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service and restaurant operations
• Confident communicator with a positive, professional attitude
• Hands-on leader who enjoys training and supporting teams
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Ability to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
