Restaurant Supervisor

Trump International, Dubai is a luxury golf club in the heart of Dubai's DAMAC Hills. The club features an 18-hole Championship Standard Course, a 9-hole floodlit par 3 course and a variety of world-class amenities that cater to every member of the family.

Trump International Golf Club is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

Job Purpose

The Restaurant Supervisor plays a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to members and guests by overseeing daily front-of-house operations. Working closely with the Assistant Restaurant Manager, this role ensures high service standards, effective staff supervision, and smooth execution of all food and beverage service within the clubhouse restaurant, bar, and outdoor areas, including on course operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 12 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role in food & beverage service.
• Prior experience in a golf club, country club, or upscale hospitality setting is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Service Certification.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in line with club events.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time role; flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on club activities and events.
• Regularly includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Additional hours may be necessary during peak golf season or large events.
• Indoor dining facilities, club lounge, patio/terrace areas, and event spaces.
• Occasional outdoor work during tournaments or patio service.
