Job Description:

  • Receive process and deliver shipments to the clients, ensuring smooth and friendly Customer Service Experience is offered.
  • Answer Walk-in Customer inquiries related to product and service.
  • Organizes workflow to meet customer timeframes.
  • Co-operates with internal departments to resolve routine issues.
  • Work closely with the operational staff to ensure customers needs and expectations are met.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; selecting best solution; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Identify and document potential service issues and incidents of customer dissatisfaction and refers it to line manager.
  • Perform a range of data input functions on relevant systems in accordance with work Procedures, in coordination with the Sr. Retail Agents.
  • Contributes to team effort by assisting in accomplishing team target.
  • Promote company services and ensure own target is achieved.

Qualifications:

University Degree.

V. Good command of English language.

Proficient command of MS Office, Excel.

At least one year of experience in CS, Retail and/or Operations
