RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retail & Mortgage Loan Processing
- Process retail loans personal loans, auto loans, Overdraft facilities & mortgage loans applications from initiation to disbursement.
- Verify customer documentation including KYC, income proofs, valuation reports, legal documents, and approvals.
- Ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant with bank policies and UAE Central Bank regulations.
Compliance & Risk Control
- Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and internal control procedures.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve discrepancies in loan files.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
