Area Manager Retail

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager Retail to oversee and manage multiple retail stores within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, managing store teams, and maintaining brand standards across all locations.

- Support new store openings and staff training initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as an Area Manager in Retail
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, and visual merchandising
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred)
