About The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will drive a smooth and efficient operation within the retail department, directly contributing to an exceptional guest experience. You will actively engage with guests, selling branded merchandise, souvenirs, and photo products, while utilizing a computerized cash register for transactions. Ensuring the store is well-stocked and impeccably clean, you will assist guests with queries, applying product knowledge and a variety of selling skills to meet their needs and enhance their overall shopping experience.
What You'll Do
Customer Engagement
- Greet and welcome guests warmly
- Initiate proactive communication with guests
- Assist and advise guests on product selection
- Handle guest complaints effectively
Sales Operations
- Efficiently operate a computerized cash register
- Process transactions in multiple currencies and payment methods
- Maintain and arrange product displays to brand standards
- Participate in promotions and meet sales targets
Inventory Management
- Assist in taking inventory
- Restock shelves and manage product displays
- Ensure cleanliness and safety within the store environment
