Role Description

This is a full-time on-site and off-site role for a Retail Banking Sales professional, based in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role involves building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering retail banking and mortgage solutions. Daily tasks include identifying customer financial needs, guiding them through product offerings, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

At least one year p

• rior experience in banking; personal loan, Auto loan, SME, credit cards.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Proven skills in Business Relationship Management and Retail Banking with strong foundation in Finance and financial products

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
