Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Brand & Visual Merchandising Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The individual in this role will oversee the conceptualization, planning, and execution of in-store visual merchandising, including designing window displays and product arrangements that reflect the brand's identity and attract customers. They will also manage store operations, coordinate with sales teams to meet business targets, and lead and motivate team members to enhance store performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Sales skills to interact with customers and drive business growth
• Proficiency in creating and managing Window Displays that align with brand identity
• Experience in Store Management and Team Management to oversee daily operations and effectively lead store staff
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks and resolve store-related issues
• Passion for retail branding and creating engaging customer experiences
• Prior experience in visual merchandising or a related field is highly beneficial
