Job Summary
GMG is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Brand Marketing Executive to lead the execution of retail brand marketing activities. This role plays a key part in bringing our brand concepts to lifetailored to customer preferences and store formatsthrough seasonal campaigns, product launches, and impactful in-store marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in collaborating with marketing production agencies, managing trade marketing activities, and delivering premium in-store and brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Tracking
- Plan and execute seasonal brand campaigns, updates, and sale launches across GCC stores in line with the overall marketing strategy.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives within approved budgets, timelines, and performance expectations.
- Track campaign performance and deliver detailed recap reports for all activations.
Retail & Store-Level Execution
- Drive flawless in-store execution of branding and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit branding elements and take corrective action where required.
- Ensure strong alignment with door formats, seasonal priorities, and product availability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Brand, Product/Buying, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials.
- Communicate seasonal brand narratives clearly and consistently across stores.
Planning & Project Management
- Support planning, execution, recapitulation, and ongoing optimization of retail marketing projects.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of retail or trade marketing experience, preferably within the GCC region.
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing production agencies and overseeing end-to-end production of branding materials.
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong understanding of production processes, material types, and costing.
- Expertise in trade marketing, store layouts, POP executions, and promotional campaigns.
- Excellent supplier management, negotiation, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on delivering top-quality marketing executions.
