Retail Counter Sales

Location: Deira Gold Souk, Dubai

Salary: AED 2,500/month + accommodation + transport

Experience: 1–2 years preferred; freshers with strong communication skills can be considered.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in customers, including goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, and manufacturers.
• Sell jewellery-making tools, machinery, equipment, plating and industrial chemicals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers.
• Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation.
  
  

Requirements:

• Counter/retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, tools, hardware or industrial supplies.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Hindi/Gujarati/Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn technical product details.
  
  

Working hours: 10 AM–1 PM and 4 PM–9 PM, 6 days/week. Weekly off: Sunday/rotational.
