Role Description The Retail Director is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the retail strategy and performance of Finance Is Bae's consumer-facing products and services. Day-to-day activities include defining retail growth plans, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance across digital and potential physical channels. The Retail Director will manage and mentor team members, coordinate daily operations, and ensure consistent customer experience aligned with the brand. This role also involves collaborating with finance and leadership teams on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support profitable and sustainable retail operations.

Retail and Sales skills to drive revenue growth and optimize customer experience.
Team Management capabilities to lead, motivate, and develop a distributed retail and sales team.
Operations Management experience to streamline processes, manage inventory or digital offerings, and improve efficiency.
Budgeting skills to plan, allocate, and track financial resources for retail initiatives.
Experience in digital or omnichannel retail environments is beneficial.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret performance data and make data-informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
