About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Retail Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our retail operations. This role plays a key part in driving profitability, optimizing financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across our retail network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for retail channels.
- Analyze store performance, margins, and sales trends to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
- Partner with retail operations, merchandising, and supply chain teams to improve financial outcomes.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare insightful management reports on sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Manage month-end close processes and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Evaluate ROI on retail initiatives, promotional campaigns, and new store openings.
- Support leadership with ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, ideally within retail
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
