We are seeking a detail-driven and commercially minded Retail Listings & Promotions Manager to lead all retail listing processes and promotional campaign execution across key retail partners.
This role plays a critical bridge between sales, trade marketing, and retail operations, ensuring that products are correctly listed, item data is accurate, and promotions are planned and executed smoothly across modern trade and key accounts.
The ideal candidate has strong experience working with retailer portals, listing requirements, SKU data management, and promo coordination within FMCG or food distribution.
Key Responsibilities:Retail Listings & SKU Setup:- Lead the end-to-end process of new product listings with retail chains and key accounts.
- Prepare and submit all listing forms, item master data sheets, and retailer templates.
- Manage SKU onboarding across retailer systems and portals.
- Ensure accuracy of product details, barcodes, pack sizes, pricing, dimensions, and certifications.
- Coordinate with buyers and category managers to complete listing approvals.
- Track listing status and maintain a retail listings tracker dashboard.
Retail Promotions & Campaign Management:- Plan and manage retail promotional campaigns in coordination with Sales and Trade Marketing teams.
- Coordinate promo mechanics including discounts, bundles, displays, and seasonal campaigns.
- Submit and manage promotion proposals with retailers according to promo calendars.
- Ensure correct promo setup in retailer systems and internal ERP.
- Coordinate POS materials, display requirements, and promo quantities.
- Monitor promo execution and resolve listing or pricing mismatches.
Retailer Coordination & Account Support:- Act as a key operational contact for retail buyers and category managers on listings and promos.
- Support Key Account Managers with item setup, promo submissions, and campaign documentation.
- Coordinate with retailer supply chain teams on SKU activation and promo stock readiness.
- Ensure alignment between retailer requirements and internal teams.
Data Accuracy & Commercial Compliance:- Maintain accurate item master data across internal ERP and retailer platforms.
- Ensure compliance with retailer requirements for product certifications, labels, and documentation.
- Verify pricing, pack configuration, and promo details before submission.
- Audit live listings and promotions for accuracy.
Cross-Functional Coordination:- Work closely with:
- Sales & Key Account teams
- Trade Marketing
- Supply Chain & Demand Planning
- Finance (pricing & promo funding)
- Marketing (campaign assets)
- Ensure smooth coordination between listing approval → stock readiness → promo launch.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:- Maintain reports on:
- Listing pipeline
- Promo calendar
- Promo execution status
- SKU activation timelines
- Track promotion performance and execution issues.
- Provide monthly reports on listing and promo activity.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
- 4–7 years experience in retail listings, trade marketing, or commercial operations (FMCG / food preferred).
- Strong experience working with modern trade retailers and listing portals.
- Knowledge of SKU master data and retail item setup processes.
- Experience managing retail promo campaigns.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Zoho) is a plus.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
- High attention to detail and process discipline.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
