About the Role
The role involves overseeing the retail strategy for AVATR's overseas headquarters, specifically focusing on the Saudi market. This includes formulating business plans, coordinating operations, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators.
Responsibilities
- Undertake AVATR overseas headquarters retail strategy, formulate mid-to-long-term retail business planning and annual business targets for the Saudi market, coordinate store operations, sales-delivery-service training across all modules to ensure achievement of core indicators such as sales volume, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Based on Saudi market characteristics (such as consumption habits, channel structure, policies and regulations), formulate retail channel development strategies, including dealer network planning, store tiered management, localization of retail service standards, etc., to support the brand's large-scale landing in Saudi Arabia.
- Coordinate the implementation of the Saudi store operation management system to ensure consistency of user experience and brand image across all channels.
- Responsible for building and managing the Saudi retail team, formulating team member goals and assessment mechanisms, coaching team members professional capability improvement, and building an efficient, localized retail management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related fields preferred.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of automotive industry retail/channel management experience, including 3+ years as head of automotive retail business in Saudi Arabia or Middle East market preferred, experience in coordinating store operations and training across all modules preferred; overseas retail experience with luxury/new energy vehicle brands preferred.
- Business fluent in English, Arabic communication skills preferred, Chinese reading and writing preferred (for headquarters coordination and reporting).
