JOB PURPOSE | The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting the management of all aspects of store operations and performance. He/she supervises the operations department in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Additionally, he/she drives sales and enhances customer experience through the performance and development of the sales team. |

EDUCATION | Bachelor&rsquos degree in Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus. |
EXPERIENCE | General Experience Seven to nine years of experience in a similar role. Experience in Retail is a plus. Managerial Experience Four years of experience in a managerial role. |
