Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Commercial / Sales / Retail Manager to lead the growth of our luxury retail brand in Haram City, 6th of October. In this startup environment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our retail strategy, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience while establishing our brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial, sales, and retail strategies to drive revenue growth in a startup setting.
- Oversee boutique operations and ensure the highest standards of luxury customer service.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and coaching.
- Implement clienteling strategies to attract and retain high-value customers.
- Monitor sales KPIs, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and brand consistency.
- Support brand development initiatives, including launch events, promotions, and partnerships.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior management.
- Maintain and elevate the brand's luxury image across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
- 58 years of experience in retail or commercial management, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
- Hands-on experience in startup or small-scale retail operations is a strong plus.
- Proven track record in sales leadership, boutique management, and team development.
- Strong understanding of luxury market trends, clienteling, and premium customer service.
- Fluency in English required
