Role Purpose
The Retail Manager is responsible for the overall performance, execution quality, and operational coordination of the retail store network, with direct reporting lines from store managers and store teams.
The role focuses on driving sales performance through KPI tracking, operational discipline, strong field presence, and consistent execution, within a luxury fragrance retail environment.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven role for someone passionate about retail, people, and fragrances, who thrives in a fast-paced, fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Performance & KPI Ownership
- Full ownership of retail performance across all reporting stores
- Track, analyze, and manage retail KPIs (sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, profitability)
- Drive achievement of sales and performance targets
- Ensure performance data is translated into clear actions and measurable improvements
- Conduct regular performance reviews with store managers
- Be strongly motivated by results and continuous improvement
Store Leadership & Reporting Line Management
- Act as the direct manager for store managers and store teams
- Ensure clear communication of objectives, priorities, and expectations
- Monitor store-level execution, discipline, and performance
- Address performance gaps in a factual, structured, and solution-oriented manner
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management in coordination with HR
Store Operations & Network Coordination
- Coordinate and oversee the operations of existing stores
- Ensure stores are consistently ready for business
- Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, mall rules, and brand standards
- Follow up on maintenance, repairs, and operational needs
Field Presence & Store Visits
- Maintain a strong field presence with regular store visits in Riyadh and other regions
- Evaluate stores on performance, execution, merchandising, and overall condition
- Provide clear, documented follow-up actions after each visit
- Go the extra mile to support stores when required
Merchandising & Luxury Execution
- Ensure merchandising execution reflects luxury positioning and brand standards
- Monitor displays, testers, POSM, and product presentation
- Ensure strong attention to detail in visual execution
- Coordinate with brand partners on launches and merchandising updates
- Ensure merchandising supports commercial performance
New Store Openings & Expansion
- Participate actively in new store openings
- Support operational preparation, staffing, and execution
- Ensure smooth opening and post-opening stabilization
- Contribute to network expansion initiatives

Education, Experience & Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- Equivalent professional experience in retail management will be considered
- Proven experience managing retail stores with direct reporting lines
- Multi-store retail management experience preferred
- Experience in luxury, premium, or fragrance retail is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and operational performance
- Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role
