We are partnering with a leading FMCG distributor in the UAE to hire a Retail Marketing Coordinator to support high-impact retail marketing initiatives across a multi-store retail network.
This role sits at the intersection of in-store execution, brand activation, and digital engagement, playing a critical role in driving footfall, brand visibility, and incremental sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute in-store marketing plans, promotions, and activations
- Manage POS materials, promotional signage, and campaign rollouts end-to-end
- Support retail events, store openings, and community activations
- Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution
- Audit in-store activations and track performance effectiveness
- Support social media and digital initiatives aligned to retail campaigns
- Work closely with design and production teams to meet timelines and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced FMCG retail environment
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel; design/content skills are a plus
- Hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
- Open to travelling within the UAE
