Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Lead the full lifecycle of the Screens Project including planning, rollout, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
- Ensure on-time implementation across all stores with full operational readiness.
- Define, schedule, and optimize screen media content aligned with marketing, commercial, and promotional objectives.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure accurate delivery of campaigns across all screens.
- Maximize screen placements to increase revenue opportunities.
- Develop and execute monetization strategies that ensure measurable returns (ROI).
- Work closely with IT, Commercial, VM, Operations, and Data teams to ensure smooth execution and technical readiness.
- Oversee CMS usage, troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT, and ensure system reliability.
- Manage media vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service-level agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Evaluate vendor performance and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and cost control.
- Track performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Introduce new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance screen efficiency and campaign performance.
- Stay updated on digital signage trends, programmatic screens, and retail media innovations.
Requirements:
- 57+ years in Media, Trade Marketing, or Retail Media.
- Demonstrated experience in media strategy, campaign management, and ROI-driven projects.
- Proven success working with retail media, OOH, or digital signage networks.
- Strong experience in budget management, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven performance reporting.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as CMS platforms, media analytics tools, or programmatic advertising systems.
