About the Role

The role involves managing the global store operation framework, ensuring compliance with local standards, and enhancing the customer experience in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake the headquarters global store operation management framework, formulate Saudi localized store tiered management system and operation performance indicator system (KPI).
  • Promote the localization of headquarters operation standard manuals, formulate full-chain store operation specifications adapted to the Saudi market, including store image, service quality, customer experience standards, staff allocation and guidelines, inventory management, after-sales processes, etc., to ensure compliant operation of Saudi stores and consistency of user experience.
  • Develop core business process operation tools adapted to the Saudi market, including customer reception (including exclusive service standards for female users), test drive experience (compliant with local traffic regulations and safety requirements), delivery processes, etc., to form standardized operation templates.
  • Build a Saudi store digital operation dashboard to monitor core operational indicators: store visit conversion rate, gross profit per vehicle, inventory turnover days, NPS (Net Promoter Score), female user service satisfaction, localized service compliance rate, etc.
  • Regularly analyze operation data, identify store operation anomalies and issues (such as inventory backlog, low conversion rate, non-compliant service processes, etc.), output targeted optimization guidelines and rectification plans, and follow up on closed-loop implementation.
  • Responsible for compliance management related to Saudi store operations, ensuring that store operations comply with Saudi local laws and regulations, religious and cultural requirements, and company internal systems to avoid operational risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of automotive industry channel/store operation management experience, including 2+ years of automotive channel/store operation experience in Saudi Arabia or Middle East market preferred, familiar with Saudi automotive market environment and dealer cooperation models.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills, able to clearly define objectives and needs for dealer management cooperation.
  • Rich experience in improving regional market share and store management operations, able to formulate effective strategies and execution methods around Sales = Traffic * Conversion Rate, overseas channel management experience preferred.
  • Strong execution and cross-department collaboration capabilities, able to deliver quality results in a multi-threaded work environment.
  • Business fluent in English, Arabic communication skills preferred, Chinese reading and writing preferred (for headquarters coordination and reporting).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the automotive industry in the Middle East market.
  • Familiarity with dealer cooperation models in Saudi Arabia.
