Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Operations Lead The Retail Operations Lead will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth store functionality, manage teams, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales performance, implementing operational strategies, leading and motivating staff, and collaborating with other departments to enhance productivity and efficiency. The role also entails identifying and resolving operational challenges while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to analyze sales data, inventory trends, and operational performance
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team coordination and customer interaction
  • Proven experience in Sales and a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Expertise in Operations Management, including knowledge of inventory control and supply chain processes
  • Proficiency in Project Management, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the retail industry or similar is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
