In this role, you will oversee the overall performance and operations of multiple retail locations across Singapore, driving sales growth, operational excellence, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, profitability, and market share growth across all stores
• Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and company policies
• Drive business performance through analysis of KPIs, sales data, and market trends
• Lead, coach, and develop store management teams to achieve high performance and succession readiness
• Manage staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives across the retail network
• Monitor inventory, stock control, and loss prevention to ensure operational efficiency
• Oversee new store openings, closures, and retail expansion initiatives
• Ensure consistent and exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
• Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational challenges, and action plans

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of retail management experience, preferably in multi-store operations
• Proven track record in driving sales performance and achieving business targets
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience managing managers
• Excellent business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in inventory management, operations, and retail compliance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Well-groomed, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
