Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Retail Operations Supervisor. The role involves overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and enhancing operational efficiency. Responsibilities also include managing product displays, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The Retail Operations Supervisor will foster team collaboration to achieve sales targets and deliver a outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or a supervisory role
  • Strong Supervisory Skills and Communication Skills in English and Arabic across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, in-person).
  • Ability to convert inquiries into sales and support order processing.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail in order entry, documentation, and payment processing with problem-solving abilities and a focus on operational excellence
  • Experience in inventory, stock control, and supplier/third-party partner coordination.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software, including POS systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of the flower or horticulture business is preferred
