Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Visit branches regularly to monitor performance, staff, and cleanliness
- Drive daily and monthly sales targets per branch
- Train shop staff on cross-selling, upselling, and customer service
- Report on KPIs, sales figures, and performance issues
- Coordinate with Operations and Management to resolve issues
- Monitor customer complaints and implement corrective measures
- Ensure promotions and services are applied uniformly across branches
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in a retail, laundry, salon, or food & beverage chain
- Strong leadership, sales, and training skills
- Excellent communication and reporting ability
- UAE experience preferred
- Nationality: Any
- Driving license is an advantage
