Company DescriptionThe Carpet Guy is a vintage and antiques store in Kuwait offering a curated selection of furniture, carpets, books, art, décor, and other unique pieces. We sell both through our physical store and online, with new pieces added weekly to our collection.

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a full-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The role involves assisting customers in-store, handling sales, keeping the shop organized, and helping with the day-to-day operation of the store.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to assist shoppers professionally and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills to explain product features and pricing.
Candidates should possess Retail Sales and Sales skills to identify customer needs, present products, and close transactions effectively.
Prior experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required
Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
