This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Coordinator, based in New Cairo. The Retail Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day retail operations, assisting in customer service, and driving sales. This includes managing retail activities, coordinating with team members, interacting effectively with customers, and meeting sales targets to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining a well-organized retail environment.

• Strong skills in Retail Sales and Sales strategies to drive revenue and meet goals
• Experience in Customer Service and excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with customers
• Knowledge and expertise in Retail operations and processes
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and handle customer inquiries with professionalism
• Prior experience in supporting retail operations is preferred
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure a seamless retail shopping experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus
