Job Summary:
The role involves assisting customers, understanding their fitness needs, and recommending suitable equipment while ensuring a high standard of customer service and showroom presentation. The role is based in our showroom in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area, working hours are 8 hours and 6 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate gym and fitness equipment
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups to close sales
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, promotions, and pricing
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for stock availability and deliveries
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail or showroom sales (fitness or equipment sales is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fitness and basic knowledge of gym equipment
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Target-driven with a sales-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills (billing systems, CRM, etc.)
