Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Actively promote and sell mobile phones, accessories, telecom products, and related services.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits clearly to customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales support professionally.
- Ensure products and displays are properly arranged and the retail outlet is maintained according to company standards.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily store operations.
Requirement :
- Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile phones, electronics, telecom, or a similar industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Target-driven with a strong passion for sales.
- Presentable, confident, and professional.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
