Our client is multinational brand in windows covering industry is seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager (Retail Sales – UAE for retail sales to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth in a fast-paced and evolving market.

About the Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3 – 8 years of experience in retail sales, channel sales, or business development.
• Proven experience in managing dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Strong understanding of retail sales strategies and market dynamics.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and develop action plans to achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel for dealer visits, meetings, and market development.
• Results-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• UAE driving license and own car will be desirable

About You

• Lead and manage the retail sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute retail sales strategies to expand market presence.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Strengthen relationships with existing dealers and key retail accounts.
• Monitor sales performance and market trends.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support retail sales initiatives.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Review sales pipelines, forecasts, and team performance to drive productivity.
• Ensure timely collections, payment follow-ups, and dealer satisfaction.
