• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that align with sales objectives and increase product visibility.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Construction Chemical Product experience is mandatory.
