Role Description This full-time, on-site Retail Sales Representative role is based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to suitable products while providing clear and accurate information on features, benefits, and pricing. The Retail Sales Representative processes sales transactions, handles returns and exchanges in line with company policies, and maintains attractive, well-organized product displays. Daily tasks include monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages, keeping the store clean and presentable, and supporting promotional activities to meet individual and store sales targets. The role also requires collaborating with team members, escalating complex customer issues when necessary, and providing feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
