Responsibilities:
· Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
· Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
· Answering client questions about products, prices and availability.
- Represent and promote the brand with products and services at showrooms.
- Welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries
- Create and update customer database
- Built and strengthened relationships with customers, deal with different nationalities and personalities and put always the customers at ease.
- Maintain neat and clean department
- Handle cash and credit sales; operate cash register
- Assist with sizing and fashion choices to ensure positive customer experience
- Focus on creating customer loyalty to achieve sales objectives
- Handle all customer requests and inquiries.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree
· Experience in Retail Sales at least 2 years.
· Experience using computers for a variety of tasks (Excel and word)
· Excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
- Good Command of written and spoken English
- Experience with POS transactions
- Passionate, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
- Work Hours: Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of store operating procedures
