Your Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of the brand, creating exceptional in-store experiences while driving sales and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and strong product knowledge
- Advise customers, complete sales transactions, and upsell or cross-sell when appropriate
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including VIP customers
- Ensure boutique cleanliness, visual standards, and brand identity are consistently maintained
- Support stock monitoring, inventory activities, and highlight shortages when needed
- Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash and digital payments
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and new product offerings
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium customer service
- Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, proactive, and attentive to detail
- Fluent in Arabic and English
