About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Retail Sales Representative to manage and grow our retail accounts by ensuring strong in-store execution, maintaining product availability, and building solid relationships with store owners and supervisors, while driving sales performance through frequent market visits and continuous follow-up on opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop retail accounts within assigned territory
- Visit supermarkets, mini markets, and grocery stores on a daily basis
- Achieve monthly sales targets and volume goals
- Ensure product availability and proper shelf stock at all times
- Execute merchandising standards including display and product rotation
- Build strong relationships with store owners and staff
- Secure additional shelf space and in-store visibility
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries
- Handle returns, damages, and customer issues when required
- Provide accurate sales reports and market feedback
- Maintain records of visits, orders, and execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or FMCG sales
- Experience in food distribution or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of retail market and store operations
- Valid driving license
- Ability to handle field sales and daily outdoor visits
- Good communication skills in English
