This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist at Artsy Silver, located in D5 Mall, New Cairo. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing detailed product knowledge, and delivering top-tier customer service. The role also includes maintaining product displays, managing stock, and contributing to sales targets through excellent communication and interpersonal engagement.

• Retail Sales and a strong understanding of Product Knowledge
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficient Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships with customers
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an on-site team
• Previous experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role is a plus
• Passion for jewelry and an eye for detail are desirable attributes
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
