Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and high-performing Inside Sales Representative specializing in gold and silver to join our growing team in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt. The ideal candidate must possess at least 3 years of inside sales experience, a deep understanding of the precious metals market, and a proven track record of building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Respond to calls, emails, and customer inquiries, providing expert advice on gold and silver products.
• Sales & Target Achievement: Identify customer needs, present suitable products, and close sales while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with current market prices for gold and silver, purity levels, weights, and product specifications.
• Order Management: Process sales orders, issue price quotes, and coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and individual buyers to drive repeat business.
• Market Awareness: Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to provide insights that help refine sales strategies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using the company's CRM system. Qualifications and Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience; experience in the gold, silver trade is preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of gold and silver prices, karats, weights, and industry standards.

Communication Skills: Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Sales Skills: Proven skills in negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals, with a focus on customer service.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with CRM software.
