Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Retail Salesperson at a candy store. The Retail Salesperson will assist customers in selecting products, answering inquiries, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, providing product recommendations, processing transactions efficiently, and actively promoting the store's offerings to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Product Knowledge and strong understanding of candy products and inventory in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales, with an ability to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers effectively and address their needs.
- Ability to work well in a team, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Prior experience in retail or sales roles is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
