Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Retail Salesperson. The Retail Salesperson will assist customers in identifying and purchasing products, provide exceptional customer service, ensure shelves are fully stocked, and maintain the visual appearance of the store. Additional responsibilities include processing transactions, managing product displays, and sharing product knowledge with customers to enhance their overall shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of products and ability to effectively communicate features and benefits
• Proven experience in retail sales and sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge is a plus
• Fluency in English required; additional languages commonly spoken in Ajman are an asset
