Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role located in New Cairo. The Retail Salesperson will engage with customers in-store to provide exceptional service, assist in product selection, and deliver a personalized shopping experience. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate and explain product features
• Experience in Retail Sales and a proven ability to achieve sales goals
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Sales skills, including the ability to build relationships and upsell products
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and handle a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous retail experience is an advantage
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
