Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Store Manager to lead the operations of our Client's Store in Dubai. The ideal candidate: someone who is sales oriented, energetic, and possesses at least 2 years of proven managerial experience. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, a customer centric approach, and the ability to optimize store performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
- Drive the achievement of monthly sales targets and implement revenue-boosting strategies.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Implement loss prevention protocols and uphold store security standards.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to support strategic decision making.
- Maintain effective communication across customers, staff, and senior management.
JobRequirements:
- Experience min 7 years out of which 2 years at a storemanagerial role.
- Proven experience working with diverse nationalities and contributing to improved store sales performance.
- Experience in retail showroom sales for Electronics, Mobiles, or Computers is an added advantage.
