Job Summary

We are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of the branch, lead the team, achieve sales targets, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Analyze sales and retail KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock accuracy.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor cash handling, daily closing, and branch reports.
- Maintain the branch's visual merchandising and brand standards.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in retail, preferably Fashion Retail.
- Previous experience managing a branch and leading a sales team.
- Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of Excel and POS/ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
