Hermès, the independent French family-owned Maison founded in 1837, is looking for a Retail Store Planner for its Mall of the Emirates boutique, reporting directly to the Store Director. This role sits at the heart of stock management and replenishment strategy, acting as the key link between the sales floor, logistics teams, and subsidiary retail merchandising.
What The Role Covers
Stock Quality & Sales Follow-up
You analyze and closely track key selling items by métier across SKUs, models, and categories, implementing KPIs such as Months of Stock and sell-through rates. You hold weekly meetings with the in-store Sales Floor Manager to align on product offer and proactively advise on slow-moving items while flagging shortage risks.
Stock Coverage & Capacity Management
You define and optimize stock coverage to support sales targets, monitoring storage capacity to avoid stockroom saturation. You help organize front, back, and remote stockrooms based on the product offer strategy defined with the Floor Manager.
Product Call Strategy
You implement and revise Min/Max settings in CEGID/COCKPIT systems based on product offer and storage capacity. You anticipate product needs for peak seasons, trunk shows, and new product launches, working closely with the Merchandising team and following up with the LDC on replenishment plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
You work closely with the store management team, local logistics and operations teams, and Retail Merchandising & Planning teams, alerting on stock shortages and requesting rebalancing when needed.

- At least 2 years of experience in Retail back office, Planning, or Supply Chain
- Good understanding of basic supply chain concepts and forecasting methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, comfortable liaising between sales and corporate teams
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, Xlookup)
- Highly organized, rigorous, and proactive in proposing process improvements
