About the Role
Retail Sales contributes to Retail financial growth through driving sales, managing expenses and implementing plans for increased profitability.
Responsibilities
- Achieve own target and meet the retails offices monthly targets and handle budgets.
- Daily follow-up to ensure full compliance to cash handling procedures and operational standard and immediately report violations to superiors.
- Daily follow-up to retail paperwork to ensure compliance and report discrepancies.
- Drive and exceed service targets in order to generate value added service revenue by dealing with enquiries and complaints and monitor customer service standards.
- May work as Retail Agent in case of emergencies or staff shortage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years in a Retail Sales, Sales or customer experience role, at previous leadership experience is an asset.
- Very Good command of English, able to understand, assess and articulate a response.
- Basic Leadership skills, ability to motivate, coach and give feedback.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Strong customer focus.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good commercial awareness.
- Computer knowledge.
- Excellent Command of MS office applications, Ability to operate spreadsheets and prepare reports.
Preferred Skills
- Previous expeirnce in logistics or courier companies
- Awareness of both Int'l and Domestic services and system is a huge plus.
