As a Retail Systems & Operations Engineering Trainee, you will contribute to the improvement of core business systems and help support the operational processes that connect teams, partners, and internal workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the core retail CRM and operational ecosystem
- Bridge the gap between process design and daily execution
- Oversee the end-to-end partner lifecycle within internal systems
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
- Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
