About the Role
The incumbent will be responsible for creating visual merchandising strategic approach for all the stores across the location for Luxury retail brands ensuring consistent presentation through store visit, VM execution, compliance checks and effective communication across team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visit to all the assigned store to implement, monitor & maintain VM guidelines for premium brands.
- Ensuring all display reflect the brands visual identity, seasonal directive & commercial priorities.
- Evaluating store presentation and ensure compliance with VM standards.
- Identifying gaps, providing corrective guidance, and following up on action points with store teams.
- Coordinating the VM manager and other relevant department to ensure seamless communication & alignment.
- Training, coaching & guidance to store staff as VM standards, best practices and support smooth implementation of directives.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant VM experience.
Required Skills
- Creative, organized and committed to maintaining high visual standards.
- Comfortable working in fast paced.
- A valid UAE driving license is a must.
